What happens if you just keep going like that? What happens when a crisis hits your business on top of your daily challenges?

That's where Simply Good Business Care comes in. A workshop to teach you the basics of a self-care and business-care mindset, better boundaries, and more mindfulness to run your business on your terms, no matter what.

Here's what we'll cover:

Chapter 1 - Self-Care Mindset

  • Assess & Analyze - take inventory of your hard business truths; take inventory of your current self-care routine.
  • Set Strategy - settle on self-care options and go-to solutions; two great techniques help with that: underthinking and changing perspective.
  • Implement - manage your expectations {and those of your clients}
  • Maintain - connect the small and big picture.

Chapter 2 - Boundaries

  • Assess & Analyze - take inventory of your current boundaries. 
  • Set Strategy - create a list of necessary boundaries for your business, and a process/checklist to implement them. 
  • Implement - follow your process/checklist without apologizing, and be prepared by deciding how much space will you give a challenging situation.
  • Maintain - compromise. 

Chapter 3 - Mindfulness

  • Assess & Analyze - take inventory of your multitasking habits.
  • Set Strategy - commit to monotasking.
  • Implement - discover your own personal ninja skill.
  • Maintain - batten down the hatches.

Why do we take care of ourselves? To look good? To feel better? To live longer? Yes, all those things - but at the core, there's something a lot more important. It's the ability to handle everything life {and our clients} throw our way. To build resilience and be prepared for the unimaginable things that will inevitably come our way. Business care is about being prepared so you can work on your terms and stay true to your values, for yourself and for your business.

I am not a doctor, and I don't play one on the internet, but I have extensive training in coaching and psychotherapy - and that, together with my business experience, has been the driving force for creating Simply Good Business. I've learned over the years that strictly separating business from life does not work. Life affects business, and business affects life.
